I Got Kissed... - May 31st, 2005

Finally! I got sunkissed this weekend. Temperatures finally decided to return to normal and I was able to play outside for a good bit this weekend. It was a surprisingly relaxing weekend with my family. I went to my sisters on Saturday and watched Rachel play kiddie baseball. Then we barbecued and played more baseball at home. Sunday Bob took me on a very very long bike ride. We ended up going from Athens, to Gallipolis, to Jackson, then all the way back to Athens. Three hours on a motorcycle made my butt sore. My sister wasn't too happy that we were gone that long but that was Bob's fault cause he didn't tell her where we were going. I didn't even know.

After the bike ride, we all packed up and went to Wellston where we biked to Lake Alma and fished and rode around. I miss biking sooo much. But my mom's bike seat was ridiculously too hard and as bob described it: "I had to get it surgically removed." Jeremiah patted me on the butt last night and I can still feel the effects. Owey Owey Owey on my bum. There's no place like home to bike. I can't wait til the beach party next month where I can bike out there and spend all day outside. I'm trying to get Jeremiah to come and compete in the basketball tournament. I think he would have fun but I don't think he believes me.

Last night, I spent way too much money on nothing at Walmart. But Jeremiah and I had some honey glazed Salmon with veggies and rice. It wasn't too bad. Needed more honey. I had fun cooking with him. THen he let me watch Phantom of the Opera. That didn't get over til 12:13a. I was pooped this morning. But I liked him falling asleep on me last night..right in my lap. I felt needed.

Whelp, I might break down and get a season pass to Wyandot Lake. I'm trying to convince Lori to do it too so we can attempt to have some kind of a normal summer. I finally have a schedule where I can spend my weekends there lying out and swimming and relaxing. Not to mention that I definatly want to check out their movie nights in july. Floating around in a pool watching a movie sounds like a lotta fun!! And if we wanna go to Six Flags one day, we can get it free. I guess I don't want to spend my lonely weekends without Jeremiah inside my house when I could spend it with my best gal pal having fun in the sun and catching up.

Off to play a computer game til lunch.
